Job Description

Senior CAD DesignerLeicester£36,000 - £42,000 p.a (DOE)We are looking for an experienced Senior CAD Designer to join an expanding faade company in the Leicester area.You will play a pivotal role in delivering a wide range of projects across the industrial, commercial, and residential industries. The ideal applicant must have experience producing detailed drawings for a variety of different faade, glazing or curtainwalling systems.This is an office based role.Whats involved for the Senior CAD Designer

  • Produce detailed CAD drawings for construction teams
  • Investigate technical issues and provide prompt, viable solutions
  • Produce layouts, technical reports and working drawings to agreed timescales
  • Managing projects from concept through to completion stages, including manufacture.
  • Review drawings
  • Assisting with tender stage
What youll need
  • Faade, curtain walling or glazing/fenestration design experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Experience working on commercial projects and residential projects
  • Ability to deal directly with clients, consultants, and fellow team members
  • Revit experience beneficial but not essential
