Job Description

Our client, based in Leicestershire, is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant on a 6-week temporary contract.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.The ideal candidate will have minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant, ideally managing diaries of executive level board members.Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing full confidential PA support including diary management, booking travel, organising company events and meetings
  • Delivering a high level of direct support, proactively dealing with a wide range of matters, sometimes highly confidential and urgent, while demonstrating initiative and sound judgement
  • Responsibility for the effective day-to-day organisation of the Director’s diary and work flows with the requirement to work closely with other staff and external stakeholders
  • Organising "away days" and meetings, including travel and any overnight stays required
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executive board members and internal/external clients
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
Expertise required:
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, as well as MS Office
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
Working hours:
  • 21 hours per week
  • Three to five days per week, Mon to Fri
  • Flexible daily hours
