Job Description

Payroll Administrator – Leicestershire – £25,000 – £27,000 - FTCChase & Holland are proud to be working with well-established global business who are actively seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator, to support the HR Team in accurately processing monthly payroll. They are looking for someone who is organised, confidentand self-motivated to join their team in Leicestershire. This position is fixed term until September 2024, with the possibility of being extended to a permanent role.Package & Benefits:• Flexible hours available • 22 days paid holiday per year, increasing to 25 days after 4 years• Access to discounted gift cardsPayroll Administrator Responsibilities:• Processing new starters and leavers • Running the monthly payroll end to end• Processing and generating any reports that may be required for Payroll• Calculate and input all overtime, commissions, bonus and any other ad hoc payments• Calculate all absences ensuring accurate payments and deductions are made• PAYE/ National Insurance/ Pension administration• SSP/SMP/SPP • Query managementRequired skills & experience:• Previous experience working within an end to end Payroll position • Knowledge of payroll policies including SSP, SMP & SPP• Able to work independently and under pressure• Proficient in Microsoft Packages • Great organisation and time management• Able to accurately process data with high attention to detail If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Payroll Administrator opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.Chase & Holland acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
