Job Description

**HYBRID WORKING, NO PREVIOUS ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, FULL TRAINING PROVIDED**Yopa are one of the UKs largest estate agents and weve been independently rated by thousands of customers as Excellent on Trustpilot. Were a full service estate agency every step of the way, with local agents up and down the country.Exciting Opportunities available now to join our dedicated team of passionate Business Developement Executives, based at our award winning customer contact centre In Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 1YG.Youll be responsible for driving business growth contacting clients who wish to purchase a property with Yopa, converting buyers Into sellers along the way, discussing and recommending our additional Mortgage and Legal services with clients and nuturingclients If now just isnt the right time for them to sell.Ideally youll have experience working in a customer focused environment whether that be in an estate agency, contact centre or another business such as retail, hospitality, leisure or a sales environment as full training Is offered as part of the role.Whats on offer:

Experience not essential- Preffered skills & Experience Include:
  • Ability to probe effectiviely when establishing a customers needs
  • Experience of upselling and cross-selling desirable
  • Active listener with the abilty to objection handle
  • Experience of working In a fast-paced environment desirable
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate attention to detail
  • Computer literate desirable
  • flexible attitude to working hours
