Job Description

Organisational Development ConsultantWe are currently working with an organisation who are in need of the interim support of an Organisational Development Consultant for two months initially on a remote working basis.Organisational Development ConsultantStart Date: ASAP Duration: 2 month contract initially with likely extensionsRate: Competitive daily rates – depending on experience (Inside IR35)Fully Remote WorkingRole Responsibilities:

  • Design and delivery of multiple pieces of digital content for employee development, leadership and development, workforce planning, entry to employment, health and safety, staff engagement, health and wellbeing, performance management, change management and behavioural change
  • Provide content development expertise with a particular focus on supporting staff engagement through the creation of learning materials
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders, including within the OD and wider HR community, as well as with both internal and occasional external stakeholders as required regarding curation of digital content
  • Content Development, Communication and Engagement Activities
  • Work closely and collaboratively with subject matter experts, colleagues and third parties to develop content using Office 365 tools
  • Developing, creating and curating accessible resources and contributing to materials to support OD initiatives such as toolkits, surveys, updates, newsletter articles
  • Using a number of Office 365 digital technologies to communicate with and engage the organisation in learning and development content, working closely with the corporate communication, IT and Web teams where required
  • Supporting the delivery of action plans by promotion of content within digital learning activities
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience working in partnership with others to understand their requirements
  • Excellent level of digital skills including proficient in general Office 365 products to include SharePoint, Sway, Stream, Forms, PowerPoint, OneDrive
