In this role, your responsibilities will span various areas, including providingfirst-line management to a small team of tutors, overseeing resource planning, and managing day-to-day operations to meet various targets. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, youll handle matters related to staffing, rooms, timetabling,and much more. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in education quality and learner experience, contributing to the quality management of the companys offerings. Youll also contribute to curriculum reviewand development to ensure high-quality, engaging materials that meet employer and learner needs.What Skills Will You HaveTo succeed in this role, you will ideally have previous experience within an educational management role or similar environment.
