Job Description

Newly Qualified Architect Reference: KOLEI789489Location: LeicestershireSalary: Competitive based on the RIBA guidelinesI am delighted to be supporting a long-standing client of mine in a new appointment of a Part 3/ Newly Qualified Architect! My client is keen to speak with candidates who has several years UK based experience, ideally working on the relevant sectors as listed-Healthcare, Retirement, Residential, Commercial and Master Planning.The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder and be confident joining a medium sized team on a permanent basis, where you will grow into leading a team and running jobs across all RIBA stages. This role would suit someone who has just passed their Part 3 examsand waiting to register with ARB, or a Chartered Architect who already has a couple years experience post Part 3. I am also looking to speak with Part 2 Architectural Assistants and Architectural Technologists!On offer is a competitive salary and appealing company benefits.Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Relevant RIBA Part 1 and 2 degrees and ARB registered/ working towards if you have passed you exams.
  • Relevant project experience would be essential to succeed in the role- UK based.
  • Good ArchiCAD and Revit skills would be preferable, but training is provided.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written- you will sometimes be expected to run jobs/ lead client and design team meetings.
  • Fantastic design and technical skills, shown throughout your portfolio.
  • Support the senior members of the team across all RIBA stages.
  • Maintain a high standard of work both individually and as a team.
  • Good time keeping skills shown across all projects.
  • Living within commutable distance of Leicestershire.
