An excellent opportunity has been made available by my client an established housing provider for a temporary Neighbourhood Housing Officer on a initial three month contract with full time hours. The role is subject to a Basic DBS check.Full UK Drivers License and access to a vehicle will be required for this role.As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you will be required to ensure tenancy management, property management and estates issues are dealt with on the designated patch. Part of your role will be to use creative solutions and problem solving skills to resolve a variety of daily complex tenancy management issues. You will be tasked with investigating complaints of Anti-Social Behaviour, take appropriate action including writing witness statements, Affidavits and attending Court on behalf of the Client. The Neighbourhood Housing Officers role will require you to carry out welfare visits to identify, assess and assist vulnerable tenants in order to sustain tenancies. Prepares actions plans, supports, refers, reviews and liaises with supported agencies as required, including arranging case conferences.
