Loading Shovel OperatorLeicester 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern (2 Day 2 Night)£28,000 + Overtime Opportunities + Callout Bonuses + Training Provided + Pension + HolidaysAre you qualified with a front loader operators licence and looking to gain valuable experience on a large-scale power plant where you can gain full specialist training with potential to progress into managerial positions This long-running and well-established company provides renewable energy via waste-fuelled thermal renewables as well as Biomass. This is an exciting time to join the company as they are on the verge of a large upscaling of operations leading to an array ofopportunities. If successful in application, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations within the facility ensuring that you are upholding a high level of health and safety consistently. There are a variety of day to day tasks including moving and loadingof fuels, managing biomass fuel levels and consistently moving safely on vehicles. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a energy from waste, anaerobic digestion or biomass facility. Holding a front loader operator licence (NPORS or equivalent) is compulsory for this role. Experience driving a loading shovel will alsobe essential for this role with extra consideration given if experience with counterbalance forklifts.
