General Manager (Pathways) / NHS / Pathways / Science / Technology / Workforce / Service Improvment /£400-£450pd / NHS Experience EssentialMy client, a large NHS trust are looking to recruit based on the onset of a large transformational piece of work. On this occasion my client are looking to recruit an experienced general manager in their Pathways team.The general manager will be working across the science and technology pathway leadership teams and you will be providing operational and strategic leadership to ensure that all operational performance targets including patient, financial, workforce and service improvement targets are achieved while being an integral part to the Trust COVID responseThe general manager will manage all services and service planning across the pathway taking responsibility for the achievement of performance, quality, finance and workforce KPIs to ensure the best clinical outcomes and patient experience. You will have a key role in identifying and developing opportunities, and supporting the teams to develop and have approved Business Cases for services, equipment and infrastructure development.Experience
