Job Description

Robert Walters - Finance Manager - Permanent - East MidlandsOur client, a fast growing business are looking for a Finance Manager who can get stuck into day to day tasks. This role is perfect for the ideal individual who likes to be a part of a team and can clearlycommunicate with Senior individuals.Key essentials of the Finance Manager

  • Assisting the Financial Controller in development and implementation of efficient, accurate and robust accounting processes, systems and policies
  • Contribute with internal audit and external tax advisors to ensure proper and effective compliance with all corporate and local regulations
  • Promote improved cash management processes
  • Oversee the monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are reconciled, reviewed and signed off together with driving improvements in the effectiveness of the reconciliation processes
  • Ownership of month end accounts process, delivery of accurate and timely management accounting, reporting and financial control
Key essentials of the Finance Manager
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
  • Proven strategic planning experience track record of efficiently connecting business systems
  • Current knowledge of the UK and USGAAP, along with SOX controls
