Job Description

Domestic Gas Engineer£32k-£38k Base + Van + Overtime + Pension etc. Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to join a well established client of ours, who provide a range of Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical services throughout the UK.Location - Leicestershire - areas such as Loughborough, Coalville, Burton Upon Trent, Derby, Nottingham, Tamworth, Nuneaton etc. would also be well suited.The Role:

  • Servicing, breakdown and maintenance work on all types of gas, boiler, plumbing and heating systems.
  • Responsible for covering a fairly large patch and regular travel will be required.
  • Service and repair of gas boilers and oil boilers throughout domestic/residential properties and social housing accommodation.
    • Key Skills Required:
  • Must hold ACS gas qualifications such as: - CCN1, CEN1, CENWAT, CKR1, DAH1, HTR1.
  • Proven experience as a domestic gas engineer, and in particular across service, breakdown & maintenance works.
  • OFTEC background / certificates is a bonus but not essential.
  • LPG also preferred.
  • Ideally experience as a lead or senior engineer, supervisory or experience training others is beneficial but not essential.
