If this sounds like you, please read on to find out more about the Customer Experience Insight Analyst role based in East Leake, Leicestershire.We have an exciting opportunity for a CX Insight Analyst to join us at British Gypsum in Loughborough. You will use data to generate valuable insight which will drive activity across British Gypsum. Collaborating with stakeholders is a key part of this role, so you can understand their goals and deliver analytical solutions or quantitative research to support the proposition for our chosen partners, realising greater value for them and for British Gypsum.This role is working with our well-known brand British Gypsum the leading manufacturer of plaster and plasterboard systems at our head office in East Leake, you will work as part of a team of highly credible experts, right at the heart of the business.Saint Gobain -Winners of TOP EMPLOYER UK AND GLOBAL five years running (2016-2020)As a CX Insight Analyst you will be tasked with:

  • Shape the analytical elements of projects that center around understanding our customers and measuring the customer impact of our campaigns
  • To synthesize multiple data sets (including quant, qual research and behavioural data) alongside market and business context, to generate customer insight that shows the impact of business activities and shows where experience improvement activity should be focused
  • Applying a commercial lens to problem solving and seek ways to evaluate the ROI of activity
  • Work with Customer Experience & Insight Manger to ensure customer research and surveys are designed in such a way that the end results will answer the business research questions and allow for an appropriate level of analysis
  • Make recommendations on how business performance data can be mapped onto research output to enrich the story
  • Creating and maintaining Customer Experience dashboards for Voice of the Customer reporting, making recommendations for integrating multiple data sources - including structured and unstructured data - to ensure the customer insight requirements of the business are well supported
  • Evaluating and proposing new analytical tools to enhance our Voice of the Customer (VoC) dashboard reporting solutions, making recommendations on where new technology could enhance insight generation, reporting and decision making
  • Streamline and automate data extraction and make recommendations on how research data can be mapped to other business performance data to enrich the story
  • Present findings, reports and project status to a wide audience including senior management
  • What were looking for in a Customer Experience Insight Analyst:
  • Experienced in the extraction and manipulation of data
  • Salesforce advantageous
  • Highly numerate with capabilities in data analytics and visualisation to drive actionable insight and recommendations to optimise revenue and performance
  • Strong and confident communicator who has the ability turn data into insight and share this in a clear and engaging way
  • A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
  • A creative problem solver who can evidence where their work has made a positive difference to their customer
  • Has a good degree, preferably in a numerate subject with knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques
