Do you love Retail This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic finance team giving exposure to various areas of the business as an Accounts Payable Coordinator!We are currently looking for aFinance Coordinator to help support in our Accounts Payable operation,reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Leader. Located within our LeicestershireHead Office, our Finance team are responsible for delivering finance support tokey stakeholders across the business. Be part of the team that are responsiblefor the day to day running of the area, to ensure high accuracy of work isdelivered by the team, whilst supporting the business in delivering highprofile projects and managing a growing supplier base of over 3,500 activesuppliers. KeyResponsibilities Work management and allocationacross both UKand outsourced teamsHighlight in a timely mannerareas of non compliance, high volumes and breach of business process &policyReview and monitor the teamsoutput, ensuring great attention to detail to deliver work to the highest ofstandardsPrioritise own and teams workloadamongst conflicting priorities and key business deadlines including eventplanningManagement of daily and weeklypayment runsLedger reconciliations and monthend accruals, including supporting our auditorsAssist the management team toexecute a wide range of tasks and projects, including generation and review ofmanagement information, and suggesting action where appropriate, reviewingprocess and suggesting improvements and testing support for any systemenhancementsOptimise resource usingappropriate planning tools and continual process reviewInstrumental in building aculture of excellent relationships with key suppliers, problem solving andownershipStep into managersresponsibilities when requiredCriteriaYour skillsHigh attention to detailProblem solving skills / Logicalthought process - Ability to critically assess and resolve key businessissuesEffective communication andinfluencing skills at all levelsStrong planning / organisationskills and ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressureProactive approach toworkloadFor further information, and to apply, please visit our website via the "Apply" button below.
