Ward Manager | Leicester | up to £53,000 per annum dependent on experience Nuffield Health is Britains largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. We offer a comprehensive range of private treatments and services using the most up to date medical equipment.We have 28 bedrooms, 2 theatres, an endoscopy unit and minor treatment rooms along with a secure dedicated childrens ward and a team of expert physiotherapists and wellbeing advisors. Our hospital is equipped with a full diagnostics suite which includesX-ray, MRI, Ultrasound and CT scanning and our highly trained teams create a caring environment to encourage speedy recovery and wellbeing. Teamed up with our fitness and wellbeing gym we can also offer our flagship RecoveryPlus package to our private patients.Because we offer such a wide range of clinical procedures and services, this makes Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital a dynamic and creative place to work.We are uniquely placed to provide experience in, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Ear Nose & Throat, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Urology, Cosmetics and so much more.As a Ward Manager you will;

  • Manage the day to day running of our Wards.
  • Lead associated departments attached to the Wards.
  • Lead a team of highly qualified nurses.
  • Provide excellent patient care.
  • Use your existing knowledge to make a valuable contribution to the patients experience.
To succeed as a Ward Manager, you will;
  • Have NMC and mentorship qualification.
  • Have considerable nursing experience as a junior sister/charge nurse or ideally as a current ward manager
  • Be organised, highly motivated and engaged.
  • Have nursing management experience.
