To work as part of a team throughout Leicestershire and occasionally, surrounding counties. You will provide an excellent delivery and collection service for temporary traffic management signage for the Highway Delivery workforce. Your work will also support the provision of highway maintenance, construction, forestry and street lighting activities where stop/go boards are required to direct the flow of traffic. You are responsible for safe temporary traffic management provisions for the site.The role involves.Erection and removal of appropriate signsAssisting with the scheduling of the resources required to effect distribution to, and collection from, given routesReading plans and drawings associated with any/all Traffic ManagementTo comply with risk assessments and safe working practices, ensuring a safe working environment, having regard to statutory requirements such as Health and Safety, COSHH Regulations and Driver’s Hours Regulations.To co-ordinate the delivery, collection and storage of temporary signs at depots and sites to minimise operational disruptionsTo implement temporary traffic management systems to comply with Chapter 8 and the Code of Practice for Safety at StreetworksTo manage less experienced operatives when working together in a mature manner to help them increase their skills and knowledge.Interested Please send your CV to or call me on
