Ticketing Systems ManagerAbout The RoleThe role of the Ticketing Systems Manager is to ensure the Club remains at the forefront of technical advances in ticket sales, both back office and online, including the customer journey. The role requires all event setup, across Operations and Commercialareas, and assist the Ticketing Manager in ensuring all colleagues are fully trained as and when required.Who We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have significant experience of working with cutting-edge technology in relation to sales of operational and commercial products within the Club, with a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience through the Club’s digitalsystems, and a focus on the continuous improvement of said systems.The right person for this role will have a proven track record in ticket-related services, with at least three years’ experience working in a dynamic sales environment, and a demonstrable record of achieving targets.
