SRG are working with is a multi-award winning B2B software development company based in Leicester. They create software that provides practical solutions to real business problems - helping businesses to reduce their environmental impact,cut costs and bad debt, and improve cash flow.Due to high growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and ambitious Technical Trainer to join our Professional Services team.The right candidate will be responsible for the creation and development of training materials. To deliver engaging training and to effectively transfer knowledge of their products, to both internal and external audiences.Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality, engaging training to Partner Resellers and End Users via Face to Face training and Online platforms.
• Administration of Partner Reseller courses
• Development of technical training courses and material regarding our products and services.
• Development and delivery of masterclasses (specific functionality or processes of the software). Including consultancy when required.
• Creating PowerPoint presentations and, written documentation.
• Maintaining product help files.
• Working with the support and development teams to produce knowledge-based articles (KBAs), wiki content and knowledge sharing.
• Perform internal training post-release of software, in particular taking knowledge of the release from the business analyst and train the support staff and implementation consultants.
• Present internal show cases on new software releases to internal staff such as sales, admin, and support.
• Building and presenting videos on overviews or particular aspects of the software.
• Become a product expert and help internal departments on areas where they have a lack of knowledge.
• Assist marketing prior to launch on the new functionality or changes in the product.
• Measure effectiveness of the training that has been delivered
• Occasionally help the configuration team with customers implementations
• Continually striving for improvement Must have a minimum of 3 years experience of technical training.

Candidate Profile:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience of technical training.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technically competent with the ability to understand and deliver complex software training to an audience of differing skill levels.
• Ability to think outside the box and go the extra mile.
• Excellent Time Management skills and familiar with managing own diary.
• Able to accommodate training for different time zones e.g. EST/AEST/SAST
• Client and commercially aware.
• Self-motivated, detail orientated person and a good team player.
• Strong IT skills, MS Office, in particular PowerPoint.
• Technical understanding of business/accounting software (an advantage).
• Knowledge of Accounting processes (an advantage).
