Job Description

Are you an experienced Team Leader with a passion for developing and supporting colleagues Its a really exciting time to join us as we continue our Claims transformation journey!We have an opportunity to join us as a Team Leader in our dynamic Claims Repair department. Youll be expected to drive change within your team and make use of unique coaching styles to lead and inspire a group of 10 to 12 colleagues to be the very best versionsof themselves.The quality of every interaction you and your team have with customers is paramount. You will instil a service culture that enables and empowers your team to go above and beyond every time.This is a Monday - Friday role on a hybrid basis (split between the office and home) but we may expect you to come into the office daily at the start for any necessary training.What will you be doing

  • Ensuring that your team achieves all quality and customer outcomes
  • Embedding a coaching and performance management culture within your team
  • Creating the time, space and confidence for your team to go above and beyond for our customers
  • Ensuring that your team members are all connected with our 4C goals and culture, understanding how the work that they do each day contributes to the bigger picture
  • Reducing the amount of inbound contact by delivering a high touch case handling approach
  • Celebrating success and create a winning environment with your team. Rewarding and recognising colleagues for the great work they do!
  • Ultimately, you are accountable for minimising the effort our customers need to use when making a claim
What are we looking for
  • Leadership experience in Claims/Insurance is beneficial but NOT essential
  • Track record of building high levels of engagement to deliver exceptional customer and colleague outcomes
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Experience of delivering world beating customer service
  • Knowledge of motor claims repair and total loss processes would be an advantage but we are happy to support training and development
