This role would suit either an experienced Pensions/Investments Administratoror Team Leader whos ambition it is to professionally develop and drive a team of professional, independent financial advisors, administrators and paraplanners.The Role:The Team Leader will take ownership of organising and managing the team of Independent Financial Advisors, Administrators and Paraplanners as well as implement and challenge processes/procedures.The successful Team Leader will be responsible for the following duties but, not limited to: Successfully lead the team of Financial Advisors, Administrators and Paraplanners, including but not limited to, conducting 1-2-1s and training on processes/systems Challenge old processes and procedures as well as implement new ones where necessary Develop and present Management Information to the Senior Management team in line with regulatory requirements Ensure that practical and operational aspects of the business are dealt with in a timely and pragmatic manner Provide efficient HR services to the Senior Management Team, such as the recruitment for the team Develop and maintain the internal CRM IT system as well as train the team on how to utilise the system correctly and keep accurate records/information Any other ad hoq duties to ensure the smooth running of the business/office and that would support/benefit the members of the Investment Management Teams.The ideal candidate:Will either be, a Senior IFA Administrator, looking to progress and further develop themselves professionally or be in a Team Leader position already, looking for a new challenge and to take ownership of the teams within a small family feel business. It isessential for the Team Leader to have strong management level organisational skills, be methodical in motivating a team to reach important and strict deadlines as well as boost team cohesion. The ideal candidate would have sound technical knowledge of Pensionsand Investments, ISAs, bonds, trusts and legal protection as well as demonstrate experience in the delivery of high-class customer service to clients. It would be desirable for the Team Leader to have strong IT skills, such as Microsoft Excel and knowledgeof CRM systems to enable them to implement and develop the new CRM IT system. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate, support and guide team members as well as train and professionally develop them to become the best version of themselves.
