Job Description

Are you a regulatory specialist looking to elevate your career to the next level The Openwork Partnership, a leader in financial services, is seeking a passionate and highly competent T&C Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a valued member of our team, you will ensure we maintain our exceptional standard of quality and risk oversight for our Partner Firms, Advisers, and Practice Supervisors. Your insightful approach and collaborative mindset will be vital in fostering positiverelationships across all our stakeholder groups. The benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver supervision in alignment with Openworks Assurance Model and Supervision Framework.
  • Adopt a proactive risk management approach, identifying root causes and formulating effective remedial actions.
  • Use critical thinking and MI/Data to guide your supervision priorities.
  • Foster a culture of competence, good conduct, and excellent client outcomes.
  • Balance commerciality and regulatory risk effectively.
  • Take ownership of your supervision activities, maintaining regulatory requirements and addressing emerging risks.
What You Bring:
  • Experience supervising Advisers
  • Solid understanding of the FCA T&C Handbook and the broader regulatory environment.
  • Experience applying FCA Handbook expertise flexibly and confidently across a range of scenarios.
  • Proven track record in creating risk and quality remediation plans achieving good client outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • CeMap or equivalent
  • Holds Level 4 Diploma qualification or equivalent
  • Commitment to complete Equity Release Qualification within 12 months in the role.
  • Maintenance of your own competence as a Supervisor, including up-to-date CPD/SPS/SOS status where appropriate.
