We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and resourceful pharmacist to join the currentBiologics Support Team at University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL).The post will present the successful candidate the exciting opportunity to be part of this team who work with the wider multidisciplinary team to optimise prescribing of biologics within UHL. This will be achieved through prescribing, assisting biosimilar switches, audit and close collaboration with existing specialist teams in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology and Dermatology.The ideal candidate will be an independent prescriber with excellent communication skills, ability to adapt and manage change and with a keen eye for detail. We are keen to develop the service even further and welcome someone with ideas for future development and initiatives.University Hospitals of Leicester is one of the largest acute teaching hospital trusts in England and the second largest biologics centre in the country.
