Our aims are to provide an estate of optimum size, location, quality and condition and an Estates service that supports theuniversity in delivering its core business.Role We require a Space Management Officer to provide an effective space management and space planning service on behalf of the university.The role is on a full time (37 hours per week), permanent basis.Ideal CandidateYou will have appropriate 2D CAD qualifications, with AutoCAD skills, and relevant experience. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you will interact regularly with a wide range of internal and external colleagues at all levels. You will have budgetexperience, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Access. You will also be expected to work without direct supervision to flexible deadlines and have good written and verbal communicationskills.
