Multi-Skill Trades Operative Opportunities£31,808 - £34,736 Depending upon role and experienceMobile covering Leicester & Market HarboroughPermanent, Full Time Calling All Multi-Skill Trades in Leicester and Market Harborough!Are you a Plumber Are you a Carpenter If so we need you!Platform Property Care hasa fantastic opportunity forexperiencedMulti Skill Tradespersons based in Leicestershire to join our Responsive Repairs team to help us maintain and improve our homes.As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in one of these required roles:

  • Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter - Salary up to £34,736 per annum
  • Multi-Skill Trades Plumber (Bathroom Fitter) - Salary £31,808 - £34,736 per annum depending on experience & qualifications
Please state on the application form which of the Trades roles you are applying for.What could you be doingYou will beensuring our customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.The role is varied and no two days are the same!Its a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!Some things we need from you
  • Experience of delivering Multi Trade work,
  • For Multi-Skill Trades Carpenter you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 & Locksmith experience is also preferred
  • For Multi-Skill Trades Plumber you will have NVQ L2 Plumbing
  • You will have good organisational skillsand experience of keeping jobs on track
  • And the personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right first time
  • A full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role, a van with fuel card is provided
As you will be working within Customers homes this role requires a DBS check.You will also earn additional from being part of the out of hours’ rota as this is required for this role.This role is for a team based in the following towns so you will need to live close to or in these areas: Leicester and Market Harborough.Part of Platform Housing Group, Platform Property Care is a well-established property maintenance business.Working with us is more than just a job.
