Job Description

The RoleSytner Group are seeking a social media enthusiast to join our Digital Marketing team as a Social Media and Content Marketing Executive. Sytner Group is the UKs leading retailer of prestige cars and you will have the opportunity to work with brandssuch as Ferrari, Lamborghini and BMW. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating excellent video and written content, and be passionate about engaging with our digital communities.This position will focus on creative output for the main Sytner Group account and will support our divisional marketing teams with their social media strategy. You will work closely with the wider digital marketing team including videographers, marketingmanagers and our partner agencies to help grow our social media accounts.The role will report into the Social Media Manager and will contribute to the Social Media Strategy.Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, managing and moderating comments from our communities and across our digital channels.
  • Producing Reels, TikToks and story content for our social media channels.
  • Working in collaboration with videographers and photographers on creative content, supporting shoots where necessary.
  • Identify key influencers and own the influencer marketing strategy.
  • Keeping on top of social media trends, ensuring we are able to maximise on trending sounds, memes and content where appropriate.
  • Continuously monitoring performance, suggesting solutions and ensuring content and campaigns contribute towards marketing KPIs.
  • Working with our partner agencies and platforms to drive best in class content.
  • Clear understanding of brand tone of voice and narrative.
Working alongside Divisional Marketing teams, wider Social Media Team and Digital Marketing Team (Paid Media) to coordinate paid media strategy.Skills needed
  • Evidence of ability to film and edit video on a mobile device.
  • Deep understanding of all social media platforms including platforms such as Tiktok and how businesses could use these to market to current and new audiences.
  • Passionate about social, influencer and digital trends.
  • Detail orientated and driven self-starter, experience of juggling various priorities and projects.
  • Understanding of how to change the language used in written and video content for different audiences.
  • Analytical, able to analyse trends and data to help inform future decisions.
  • A team worker who can collaborate easily with colleagues and agencies.
You Will Have
  • Passion for the motor industry with a particular focus on luxury vehicles (preferred).
  • A true social media enthusiast who is always in the know.
  • A creative eye for style, trends, photography/ video, and design.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects in an organised but flexible manner & prioritising when necessary.
