Job Description

We’re growing our award winning Divisional Marketing Team and introducing a new role of Social Media Content Creator. Your creative flair in crafting content, complimented by your talent in keeping abreast of social media trends, will support us in capturingthe attention of our online audience and driving awareness of the BMW MINI brands.Key to this role is the ability to engage others, from the social media presence you’ll continue to grow to the immediate Marketing team and wider division (including our 18 dealerships); we’re looking for talent that compliments the energy and imaginationwe pride ourselves on.Responsibilities:As our Social Media Content Creator, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and engaging our target audience across various social media platforms.You will develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand’s objectives and target audience together with creating engaging and produce high-quality written, visual and multimedia content including images and video.Within the role you will collaborate with the BMW MINI Divisional Marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns that drive user engagement, increase followers and boost brand awareness.You’ll be able to analyse social media metrics, generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns, identify areas for improvement and put your recommendations into play. When it comes to the latest social media best practices, tools, trends– you’ll take pride in ensuring we’re proactive.Requirements:

  • Strong videography skills with a proven experience of creating engaging and creative videos
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and content creation
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms and trends
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong photography, videography and graphic design skills, along with experience using relevant software and tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and engaging content
  • Understanding of SEO and its application in social media content creation
  • A passion for keeping abreast with the latest industry news, social media advancements and emerging trends.
