Site Foreman / SupervisorIdeally candidates should be based in the Leicestershire area.£25,000 – £30,000 and immediate start for suitable candidates.Following continued success our client is looking to recruit 2 experienced Site Foreman / Supervisor with specific knowledge, experience and qualifications in the forestry, fencing and landscaping sectors of the construction industry.The appointed candidate will motivate and lead their teams, drive performance and quality standards throughout, whilst responding to client requirements and needs, whilst ensuring the service is delivered in a planned and coordinated manner.A proven track record along with experience and knowledge of delivering in the sectors detailed above is essential for this post. The candidate must hold a valid Driving Licence (inc. trailer entitlement) and should preferably join our team with a range of valid sector specific tickets including; CSCS, SSSSTS, CPCS, NPORS, NPTC, PTS, FISS, FMO.Excellent people-management skills are required along with good land based sector qualifications and considerable experience of working within a similar role.Candidates will be expected to maintain on-site Health, Safety and Machinery Inspection documentation at all times and therefore must be able to demonstrate good written communication and have previous experience of maintaining site records.On occasions candidates will be expected to work away (occasionally at short notice) in all regions of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) for which a relevant bonus is paid.If you have the relevant experience and skill set please forward your CV as soon as possible.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
