Service ReceptionistLocation: Leicester, LE3Salary: £23,100 per annumHours: Full time, 8-5pm Monday to Friday in the office plus, 1 out of 6 Saturdays 8-2pmType: Permanent VacancyFlowers Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of a remarkable automotive company who are looking for an experienced customer facing administratorwith automotive knowledgeto join their service desk team. The successful Service Receptionistwould be in control of the face-to-face customer service experience of customers and manufacturers for the company. This would be a great opportunity for someone to progress their customer service skills and display their methodical administration skills withina supportive and friendly team or for someone looking to chnage their automotive career path from hands on to administration.The Role:The successful Service Receptionist will be responsible for the following duties: To greet customers in a friendly, professional and courteous manner Deliver first class and professional customer service, ensuring customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolves at the first point of contact To log, process and progress chasing enquiries, adhering to service level agreements and quality standard to maximise customer satisfaction Maintain electronic and written records of letters and forms received, information given, services requests and complaints made, to ensure accuracy of information and efficient when dealing with customers Encourage feedback on services provided and recognise the changing needs of the service with the ability to make recommendations to the service manager of service improvement Participate in the induction and training of new service reception advisors to ensure a high level of up-to-date knowledge is maintained Provide and undertake general administration duties to ensure smooth flow of work within the customer service reception To give repair estimates and price quotations and offer repair suggestionsThe ideal Candidate will: Have strong and clear communication skills, verbally and written Proven experience in customer service and administration Excellent organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentHave proven experience in the automotive industry Be able to build strong relationships with customers, work colleagues and manufacturers Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word Competency in using these systems is desirable: Voyager, Enterprise and challengeBenefits: 22 days holiday Auto-enrol pension scheme Family feel team environment Cycle to work schemeExtra information: 35-minute bus ride from Leicester City Centre 17-minute drive from Leicester City Centre 5-minutes from M1 Junction 21 and the M69
