Job Description

Service Delivery Manager Software Implementation and Training SaaS VoIPHybrid / Leicestershire Highly competitive salary and shift allowance with excellent benefits including hybrid working, free on-site parking, company social events, access to Perkbox and more.Applause IT have partnered with a software platform integration provider that is looking to expand its team as it builds on its existing client base globally. They are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with previous software implementationexperience and a history of providing first class consultancy and support to new clients.The Service Delivery Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure different software services for new clients.
  • Guide customers through technical changes required to support their new integrated services.
  • Be the main point of contact during the setup and software implementation phases for customers whilst supporting them and their databases onto a live service.
  • Train customers both remotely and face to face on the usage and configuration of systems to ensure the customer is confident in its use.
The Service Delivery Manager will have skills closely matching the following:
  • Excellent customer service experience both on the phone and face to face
  • Experience providing training to clients on bespoke software products
  • Previous experience implementing applications and or software products
  • Previous communication software experience
  • An understanding of CRM software and business databases
