Service Contracts Administrator Permanent Leicester - LE8 Salary - up to 28k Hours - Monday to Friday Office Based (40 hours per week) 8am - 5pm Customer Service / Contracts / Administration / Data Entry / Invoicing / Leicester / Heavy plant machinery / LE8 The recruitment group is proud to be working with a global brand that provides world-class customer service to all their customers along with manufacturing the highest quality diggers around the world. Purpose of the Service Contracts Administrator The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of the companys service contracts. Ensuring that all day-to-day task are completed to a high standard to maintain and manage all contracts. Employee assistance program Main duties and responsibilities of the Service Contracts Administrator . Reviewing and quality checking all service contracts . Inputting in and controlling in Fleet Kompact System . Collect Order Numbers, Issue Invoices and manage reconciliations accurately to ensure appropriate costs have been allocated . Liaising with Service Controllers, Depot Managers, Customers and the Finance Department Invoicing of service jobs and some parts job. . Telephone Answering; Internal and external calls, message taking . Systems; Use of ADP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. . Employee holiday and sickness submission to HR . General Administration Experience/knowledge requirements for the Service Contracts Administrator . To communicate efficiently and express your ideas clearly and confidently at all levels verbally, in print and via the telephone . Strong IT Skills - Excel and Business Systems is essential . Teamwork, ability to work confidently within a group and on own initiative . Time Management, ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines . Drive and determination to get things done, make things happen and continually looking for better ways of doing things . Analysing and investigating, ability to gather information systematically to establish facts and principles for problem solving .
