Senior Sales and Customer Service AdministratorLocation: Leicester, LE19Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum DOEHours: 37.5 hours per week, 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday, and 09:00-15:30 on FridaysPermanent VacancyFlowers Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Senior Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join a growing company who specialise in photography based in Leicester, as the General Managers number 2, confidently supporting in busy periods. Thisrole would consist of building strong, professional relationships with customers, providing product knowledge and expert advice.The Role:To build strong professional relationships with customers, providing product knowledge and expert advice.The successful Senior Sales and Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the following duties: Answer a variety of calls from customers and build strong, professional relationships with customers, providing product knowledge and expert advice. Process sales orders via a variety of communications. Maintain and update the company website. Take ownership of marketing campaigns. Manage supplier invoices and customer payments. Day to day stock ordering. General administration duties. Create sample packs for customers. Act as the General Managers Number 2 when they are busy or out of office.The Ideal Candidate:For this role, it is essential for the ideal candidate to be able to build strong relationships with customers, as well as display strong communication skills, both written and verbally with the ability to ask questions to ensure a full understanding of customerneeds. It is desirable for the candidate to have Photography and fine art paper knowledge or marketing; however, this can be taught within the role.The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to spot discrepancies and follow a process to proficiently solve them as well as Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Packages and methodical administration skills.
