Your role:You will be joining our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, which means prior recruitment experience is needed, however you’ll be enrolled onto our 16-week comprehensive training programme to teach you the Pertemps way of working, ensuring a successfulintroduction to your recruitment career with Pertemps.Your first three months with include your induction to the company and as well as getting started with your learning and development journey. We have been accredited with the Princess Royal Training Award which puts Pertemps in an elite category of organisationswho are driving training and development forward, constantly raising the bar and acting as a beacon for good practice.This is a huge opportunity to develop your career with a ‘hands on’ recruitment role which means you will be handling both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process which includes:
  • Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company, culture, and job vacancy requirements.
  • Visiting our clients, providing consultative advice on the job market, and managing client expectations.
  • Writing and advertising job vacancies and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
  • Connecting with and interviewing candidates to understand their needs.
  • Screening applicants and assessing their skills and fit against new roles.
  • Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs.
  • Organising candidate interviews managing offers and candidate onboarding.
  • Prioritising your workload.
  • Winning new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.
