We recruit for Colleges and Training Providers across the UK.IntroductionWe are proud to be recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis reporting to the head office in Leicester. Our client are an independent training provider delivering FE and employment opportunities across awide range of sectors including apprenticeships, traineeships, and other funded provisions across the nation. They are looking for an experienced business development manager from the work-based learning sector who is able to hit the ground running and selltheir apprenticeships in Digital skills, Management, Education, Health Care, Business Admin and more, with a proven track record of hitting monthly, quarterly and annual targets.Roles and Responsibilities:As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating business leads and selling apprenticeships in Digital skills, Education, Health Care, and Business admin to levy and non-levy paying employers
  • Maintain and build relationships with levy and non-levy paying employers to constantly grow business
  • Ensure that procedures and policies of the companies are met and followed
  • Provide updated and accurate reports to your manager
  • Ensure quality activities and employer and learner experience are following the required standards
  • Able to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs
Experience and Skills:As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will need the following to be successful:
  • Previous experience selling apprenticeships in various industries with the intent to grow the business
  • Experience working in a Work-based learning sector
  • Ability to make decisions and build strong relationships within the team and other departments
  • Proven track record of hitting the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Excellent communication skills
