Role: Sales Support Planner Location: Shepshed, Leicestershire Vacancy Type: 12 Month Fixed Term We are currently working with an international organisation that provides complete and innovative feed solutions for conventional and organic livestock farmingto recruit a Sales Support Planner to join their fast-paced business. Key Responsibilities * Deliver a "best in class" approach to customer experience management. * Confirming deliveries with customers for existing contracts using the Pre-Trading report. Updatingnotes on this report to provide full visibility for the Trading Team on potential sales gaps. * Update customers with monthly price updates, update SAP with correct pricing and haulage rates. * Provide support and cover for other Production Planners duringholiday periods and absence. * Support for Co-Product Trading team as agreed with the Trading manager (Offering repeat spot order, forward contracts, pitting) etc * Responsibility for Sales Planning the Trading board. Whilst confirming you should activelytry to manage trading gaps to allow the trading time the maximum time to complete sales. * Sales order/Purchase order entry to support Production Planners as required. * Own all elements of Customer service with our customers. This will include complaints,eta enquiries, delivery date enquiries, requests updates and pricing queries. * Informing Traders of opportunities and competitor information. * Taking and managing incoming customer service calls. * Update the trading board as customer confirmations are completedto provide sales gap information. * Blocked order management. * To develop and maintain the input of information into C4C database system regarding all customer interactions. Qualifications and Education Requirements * A level or equivalent. Preferred Skills* 3 years’ experience in a customer service/planning team environment. In depth knowledge and understanding of the agricultural animal feed industry advantageous. * Ability to recognize strategic planning opportunities and the way in which to take best advantage.* Confident interpersonal and social skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of business via the telephone or face to face. * Strong communication and listening skills. * Ability to keep calm under pressure and deliver excellentcustomer service decisions. * SAP knowledge This role is working Directly to our Clients headcount.
