We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Order Processor to work in Leicester to be part of a small team where career development is there for the right candidate, our client can offer you parking on site and you will be working office hours Monday - Fridayand our client is going from strength to strengthAs the Sales Order Processor we are looking for the followingTo drive the standard in customer service levels through the efficiency of the administration function.To take ownership and responsibility for managing the effective administration of processes and procedures for the supply of our products to major retail customers.To maximise the level of service within the business to provide exemplary service levels to customers.As the Sales Order Processor you key responsibilities are listed below.Ensure efficient processing of customer orders.Manage to their satisfaction the high service level expectations of our customers.In conjunction with the Account Manager, manage the cordial relationships with staff in customers designated departments.Ensure Customer enquiries and queries are dealt with accurately, effectively and within reasonable time frames.Liaise with our internal departments to ensure the process is achieving the required customer service level standard.Assist and support the Account Managers in the management of the customer business and relationship.Maintain a pivotal role in the supply chain as the stock provider for major customersTo be successful as the Sales Order ProcessorYou must have processed orders before.Be a self-manager of multiple resources able to draw on experience in handling diverse tasks throughout the process.A good communicator at all levels through all mediums, written, verbal, video and face to face.An excellent manager of processes with attention to detail and a strong analytical approach.Once successful in the role of Sales Order Processor you will receive the following benefits, free parking, career development, yearly salary reviews, regular performance reviews and holidaysOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
