Fantastic opportunity - Our client a leading provider of solutions to the construction industry, are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their dedicated and friendly team. The role is internally based at their modern and impressive offices in Leicester.As the Sales Executive you will be proactively calling and engaging potential customers to understand their equipment needs and recommend suitable tools and equipment. This role will suit someone who has previously worked in Telephone sales or has made outboundsales calls as part of their previous roles. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.On a day or day basis you will provide product information to prospective customers, provide quotes, Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue, collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless fulfilment of orders,monitor the order status to provide updates and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.The ideal applicant will have:Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the Construction services sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.The role is offered with a salary of £28,000 and a first year OTE of £32,500/ second year OTE of £54,000 plus other benefits.
