Restuarant Manager needed for Leicesters newest and most exciting venue opening in September, Black Iron Social is a follow on from our highly successful Hotel restaurant based at Winstanley House.As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the the rest of out teams ensuring effortless and seamless service to clients and guests alike. You will be responsible for training and coaching the team in order to deliver the level of service expectedof what we believe will be the place to be seen in Leicester.Everything our client does is driven by a desire to exceed their guests expectations. Even the shortest stay with them, will last long in their memory.Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standardsLeading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnelThe Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales andrevenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsPreserve excellent levels of internal and external customer serviceDesign exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvementsIdentify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concernsLead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnelEstablish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and proceduresProvide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamworkComply with all health and safety regulationsReport on management regarding sales results and productivity
