** Registered Nurse **** Aylestone, Leicestershire **** Permanent and full time **** 3 shifts per week/ 08:30-20:30/ £17.00ph **** Nursing home working with elderly clients with nursing needs **BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a home within the Aylestone area of Leicestershire. The role in which we are looking to fill is a permanent day Registered Nurse working 3 shifts per week with optional overtime. You will be caring for up to 32 service users with nursing, elderly, end of life and Dementia care.About the employer; this employer is a well-established care company who own approx 7 homes over the country working with the elderly accommodating to their needs at all times. They are an award winning privately owned company. The care homes are family owned and operated, providing high quality care for the elderly since 1998, with almost 20 years of experience in the care industry.About the job; your role will be to take charge throughout the night and overseeing the team. You will be the leader and work as the Nurse on the night shifts. Through being the leader, you will have the confidence in making decisions for yourself, you will be able to supervise Carers and be able to run a thorough, professional and fun shift. You will be there to motivate and guide your Carers to ensure top professional care is given to your service users.About the ideal candidate; it is essential that you hold an NMC pin, we are able to accept; (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with relevant experience within a nursing role within a nursing/elderly service. If you are a driver, that would be great, however, if you are a non-driver but able to ensure all of your shifts will be met, we are happy to consider you. You will also be a great person with a caring attitude.For this permanent role working x3 11.5 hour shifts per week, shift times being 08:30-20:30 with optional overtime available. You will be offered £17ph depending on experience.
