You will lead & steer a team of 7 inc. Talent Acquisition Recruiters& a team of Coordinators / Administrators, coaching mentoring & motivating the Recruitment team to deliver a high quality service for the care company & to attract the required skill sets at all level from entry level up to senior managers / specialists.This company is going from strength to strength growing successfully year on year therefore this is a key role.If you are a Recruitment Strategist or HR Strategist with vast Recruitment experience (in terms of implementing processes, new ATS roll outs / improvements, change management, project leading, CI, working smarter type methodology) then this is the role youare seeking, it is full on but exciting & a real challenge at the same time.Duties:
