Job Description

GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading Care company who are looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Manager (not a hands on recruiter, but an implementer of effective strategies & processes) to strategise & deliver the organisations Recruitment plan in order to drive effective candidate attraction by enticing the very best talent on the open market to join them, using proven strategies, processes & techniques. This is a fantastic organisationthat gives back to others, by supporting the local communities by giving those vulnerable individuals a better quality of life.Great company who really do care & are highly passionate about the care they provide.This key Recruitment Manager role will put together an effective delivery strategy & roll it out operationally, working in business partnership with key hirers & key stakeholders. You will lead & steer a team of 7 inc. Talent Acquisition Recruiters& a team of Coordinators / Administrators, coaching mentoring & motivating the Recruitment team to deliver a high quality service for the care company & to attract the required skill sets at all level from entry level up to senior managers / specialists.This company is going from strength to strength growing successfully year on year therefore this is a key role.If you are a Recruitment Strategist or HR Strategist with vast Recruitment experience (in terms of implementing processes, new ATS roll outs / improvements, change management, project leading, CI, working smarter type methodology) then this is the role youare seeking, it is full on but exciting & a real challenge at the same time.Duties:

  • Responsible for the Recruitment Strategy, Recruitment Operational Delivery Plans, Process work flows, Business Partnering Processes, Change Management, Culture Change, CI, Recruitment KPIs & Targets.
  • Designing and delivering repeatable and innovative talent sourcing processes.
  • Exploring High volume & 1 off specialist role recruitment channels & promoting to the team a proactive approach, in a highly competitive saturated recruitment market.
  • Implement robust proactive & reactive recruitment delivery strategies, meeting all business needs.
  • Compile / analyse key recruitment metrics to deliver CI / change across the Recruitment process.
  • Business Partnering with all key stakeholders / SMT in order to ensure vacancy requirements are met.
  • Deliver an affective quality & accurate boarding process for all new starters.
  • Manage Apprenticeship hiring process plus attraction methods.
  • Accountable for senior leadership recruitment / executive search process delivery.
  • Strategise, Implement, Develop & drive forward the employer brand on all social media channels.
  • Ensure all open vacancies are efficiently & effectively managed by the team of Recruiters / TAs.
  • Provide professional Recruitment guidance to all those involved in the hiring process, SMT & others.
  • Ensure the Recruitment team ascertain candidate & hiring manager feedback, in order to be able to measure real recruitment performance, plus to develop improved action plans / tactics moving forward.
  • Responsible for the management of agencies & all associated hiring % costs.
  • You will assess the current ATS & look to utilise it more as company only using 30% of its capability.
  • You will have selected & rolled out a new fit for purpose ATS in a previous role to guide others in this.
Attributes Required:
  • A Recruitment Strategist who can change & successfully deliver Recruitment BPs.
  • An Implementer of effective recruitment, selection & on boarding policies / processes.
  • Must have experience of both high volume multi-location hiring & 1 off specialist roles.
  • A true Strategist who can Analyse data & using the insights found, develop future recruitment plans.
  • Rolling out the Strategy to Build a diverse high quality talent pipeline for roles of all specialisms.
  • Experienced in leading & motivating a Recruitment / Talent team of 5 or more to deliver your strategy.
  • National Recruitment Management experience ideally within Care or similar challenging sectors.
