** Recovery Worker **** Leicester, Leicestershire **** Permanent and full time **** £17,004 **** Monday - Friday **** 9am - 5pm ** ** Working with adults with mental health needs **BS Social Care are recruiting for 5 Recovery Workers in the Leicester area of Leicestershire. This is a full time and permanent role and will be offering a Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm timetable for £17,004.A laptop and phone will be provided to the successful candidates as there will be lots of remote working.About the employer; this employer works with individuals already living in their own homes. They offer information, advice and navigation services to people looking for local support, and 1:1 community recovery support for people suffering with a mental health problem. Holding a recovery focus, community recovery support aims to empower people so they can more readily manage their mental health and live successfully in the communityAbout the job; To provide information, advice and navigation service. One to one support focussing on individual strengths, needs and aspirations for individuals who are experiencing mental illness.About the ideal candidate;NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (pref)Experience of working in mental health, or similarExperience of identifying and co-ordinating a range of services to meet individual needs.Experience of supporting individuals to engage with community activities.Full driving licence and access to own transport with appropriate business insurance (pref)To apply for this role, please call Carla Gunn on or email .
