There is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest developers in the UK.The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor you will work within the companys wider Commercial, Estimating, and Buying team and you will deliver a range of cost control and financial reporting duties covering all aspects of construction. You will work closely with other departments,attend meetings when required, assist in the preparation of the proposed tender lists, and prepare construction cost analysis.A successful candidate will have experience in house builds and have knowledge about all areas of construction. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, a proficient use in Microsoft Excel and a thorough understanding of Surveying and Estimatingwith knowledge of preparing construction budgets. Youll have experience in or have the ability to learn new computer systems such as COINS, Viewpoint, Xpedeon.Whats in it for youYou will benefit from a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 and will have the opportunity to work on exciting housebuild projects.
