A researched environment, the School of Engineering and Sustainable Development equips students with the skills and specialist knowledge to solve real-world problems.RoleWe are looking for an experienced administrator to join our busy Faculty Office as a Quality Programmes Administrator. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative support for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes,
  • Support with registration and assessment,
  • Maintenance of student records
  • Committee servicing and the provision of information to students and staff.
The role is on a full time (37 hours per week), permanent basis. This role can be complete on a hybrid basis where the expectation is an average of 2 days on campus however there does need to be some flexibility with this.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the Quality Programmes Administrator will:
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • Possess excellent IT skills and be familiar with the use of large databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications and web-based applications.
  • Significant experience in a customer-facing office environment
  • Experience of working as part of a team and under your own initiative.
  • Work experience gained within further or higher education would be a definite advantage.
  • You should also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and possess the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines.
