Quality Manager Manufacturing Circa £40,000 + bonus Leicester Monday to Friday daysThe Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to be part of an expanding team with a well-established business who are a key manufacturer in their sector.Scope of role- Take overall responsibility for quality on site. - Develop and effective quality management system - from raw materials to customer delivery. - Ensure all HSE compliances are being met. - Investigate production deviations to minimise waste. - Monitor new and existing quality systems to highlight areas for improvement. - Put in corrective actions should there be a failure in the quality management system. - Ensure all documentation is accurately updated. - Supervise and offer guidance across the shop floor to ensure continued quality levels are met.The Quality Manager- Experienced senior member within a quality team. - From a manufacturing background. - Ideally hold qualifications in ISO. - Confident change manager, with a proven track record improving / implementing quality management systems. - Confident communicator. - Lean manufacturing experience would be desirable as would knowledge. - Confident line manager and influential leader.
