Job Description

The Purchase & Sales Ledger Administrator will be a key figure within the Accounting & Finance department of a leading company in the energy industry. The successful candidate will assist with the maintenance of the purchase and sales ledger and ensure accuratefinancial processing.Client DetailsOur client is based on the outskirts of Leicester in a very accessible location. They do hybrid working, and have free parking on site as well as very good facilities.Description* Looking after company billing* Rasing ad hoc invoices on to the Sales Ledger* Posting deliveries, credit notes, miscellaneous sales (month end)* Looking after unpriced orders (month end)* Processing and allocating incoming BACS receipts from customers* Processing of Direct Debit payments, as well as dealing with the rejections* Daily reconciliation of incoming card receipts* Processing of customer refunds* Email and phone queries

ProfileA successful Purchase & Sales Ledger Administrator should have:
