  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
  • Regularly conduct property inspections, addressing maintenance issues promptly and coordinating necessary repairs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to foster a positive and cooperative environment.
Tenant Relations:
  • Manage the tenant lifecycle, from application to move-out, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties.
  • Conduct thorough referencing and screening processes to secure reliable and responsible tenants.
  • Address tenant queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry regulations and legal requirements, ensuring all properties are compliant.
  • Facilitate the creation and execution of tenancy agreements, adhering to legal guidelines.
  • Manage and resolve disputes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Financial Management:
  • Oversee rent collection and arrears management, implementing effective strategies to minimize late payments.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to landlords, offering transparency on property performance.
  • Assist in setting rental prices and conducting market research to stay competitive.
Property Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and advertising materials.
  • Implement targeted marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and maximize property occupancy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own car is essential.
  • Knowledge of the property market and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resides in the Leicester area.
