Job Description

Production ManagerLeicestershire£38,000 - £42,000 + Bonuses + Pension Scheme + Extensive Product Training Do you have Management experience looking for an exciting position where you will be able to play a pivotal role in a company that is renowned for being an industry leader in their fieldOn offer is the chance to join a company where you will be provided with opportunities to progress your career and receive vast product training.The company is rapidly expanding and is looking for a people-orientated Manager to help achieve their short and long-term goals through their fantastic clients and projects ranging up to £20m.They have been a well-established company due to their genuine regard for their customer base and employees.This would suit a Production Manager who has experience in water, filtration, or similar backgrounds, looking to manage a team of workers at a company growing from strength to strength.The Person:

  • Experience working within water, filtration, or similar backgrounds.
  • Willing to learn and adapt.
  • Time served as a production manager managing 10 or more.
The Role:
  • Engineer works planning, accurately and effectively to minimize downtime and unnecessary costs to the department.
  • Manage the labour force, machinery, plant, and facilities required for production.
  • Maximise departmental profit by increasing turnover and minimizing costs through monitoring the effectiveness of field and service desk operations.
  • Ensure work is performed efficiently and safely.
