Job Description

SF are working with an established and forward thinking business who are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 12-18 month FTC basis.Salary Guide: £38,000K - £43,000KHybrid working - 2/3 days from homeFlexible working hoursOn-site parkingFriendly and fun working environmentJob duties:• Process and manage accurate and timely payroll for all employees.• Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive payroll information• Ensure complete UK & US legislative compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding payroll.• Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring accuracy of information..• Regularly audit and reconcile payroll data to identify and correct discrepancies.• Generate and analyse payroll reports to support financial and management reporting.• Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.• Collaborate with HR and other departments to provide excellent customer service.The ideal candidate will have the following:• iTrent Knowledge• Advanced Excel Skills• Ability to produce work to tight deadlines• Organised and methodical when approaching tasksPlease make an application if this brilliant opportunity sounds of interest.
