Title: Payroll ManagerLocation: LeicesterSalary: £50,000 + bonusHybrid working after probation (3 day in office)Work with a leading international business in their busy payroll team!Main responsibilities include:
  • Leading a successful team by managing the complex payroll of over 2000 employees across multiple sites.
  • Accurately process statutory payments.
  • Fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Authorising BACS, summary reports and analyses.
  • Analysing data and providing insights.
  • Submitting accurate/timely tax filings.
  • Overseeing accurate P60’s and P11d’s.
  • Partnering with IT on system upgrades.
The ideal candidate has payroll and people management experience, preferably in high-volume, shared services environments.Additional requirements:
  • Inhouse high volume payroll experience essential.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency. Essential.
  • Complex manual calculations. Essential
  • CIPP Foundation Degree minimum.
