Part Time New Business Advisor Office Location: Leicester We are looking for self-motivated and driven new business customer service advisors to join our expanding New Business team on a part time basis. Youll be working in an inbound call centre as part of a team supporting customers at the point of their insurancepurchase, delivering outstanding service and value. If you are passionate about making a difference to customers, this role will give you the scope to do just that.Working hours: We are able to offer 20, 25 or 30 hour contracts and we have a variety of different shift patterns for you to choose from. Each shift pattern that we have on offer will require you to work a Sunday from 9am -1pm.Working Model:Youll be based at our vibrant Leicester office with a mix of in-office and home working. During your induction youll have the chance to meet your colleagues face-to-face and well provide full training, which will include academy training and shadowing tohelp you succeed in the role.*Please Note, you will need to be able to commit to full time hours for the first 4 weeks of your training period*Youll have scheduled office time as well as days where you can work from home. All you need to work from home is a stable internet connection and a quiet space to work. Well kit you out with all the tech you need, including a new Microsoft Surface 4 laptop,monitor, desk, and chair.Joining our New Business team as a customer service advisor: New business customer service advisors provide customers with new quotes, whether theyre looking for car, bike, van, home, or multi-car/bike policies. We give them all the detailsthey need to make an informed decision, making sure they have the right cover that suits all their needs. Wherever possible, you will support customers to complete the purchase of their policy, using one of our digital products. Training doesnt stop onceyou join your team. We have a supportive development programme with a clear structure for growth within your role. Youll develop skills to retain our customers, strengthen your negotiation skills and become an advocate of self service.
