This reputable, supportive companyalso offer the unique opportunity for the Onboarding Administrator to study a range of job relatable Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications, paid for by the company with mentor support and additional time off for exams.The Role:To onboard new clients to the business in receipt of application pack and act as first line defence with regard to onboarding risk to the company, identifying issues to the Team Manager and Compliance Team at the earliest possible stage.The successful Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:Onboarding Accurately on-board clients onto the systems following set procedures Monitor workflow and prioritisation of new and outstanding cases Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding clients onboarded and transfers being undertaken Reconciliation of bank feeds Providing analysis support on current trends Accurately on-board clients onto the systems following set procedures Monitor workflow and prioritisation of new and outstanding cases Assist other team members and cover for absence of other staff where requiredBusiness Development Support Issuance of Application Packs and Illustrations Vetting of returned application packs, obtaining further information as required from client/IFA/Other Booking client/IFA meetings for BDEs Logging and monitoring of enquiries, Business Development activities and fees Provide support to the Business Development Team with onboarding related queriesCustomer Service/IFA First point of contact to Client/IFA at application stagePost Quote Primary contact for application pack queriesPost issuing Communicating with clients, financial advisors and other professional connections by letter, telephone, e-mail, and fax Liaise with internal teams and keep them up to date with onboarding functions Carrying out due diligence for new IFA and issuing Terms of BusinessMarketing/Events Management of marketing surveys Marketing related research such as competitors fees and services Editing of company literature in line with changes such as fees Liaising with, and booking of networking events for BDEs including stand preparationsLegislative Requirements and Compliance Awareness of, and compliance with, FCA regulations Compliance with HMRC, legislative and internal procedures Understanding and adhering to the principals of treating customers fairly Awareness of and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements Awareness of and compliance with Data Protection/GDPR Develop and maintain an understanding of current pension legislationAdditional/Ad hoq Tasks Provide holiday cover for other team members as required Assist with team projects as requiredThe ideal CandidateHave relevant experience within the financial services sector, SIPP and/or SASS desirable, as well as excellent administration and organisational skills. It is desired that the candidate has previous experience dealing with a high volume of customer/clientcalls with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.The ideal Onboarding Administrator will be a self-starter who can work autonomously as well as part of a team, with a willingness to continue to learn and undertake professional qualifications if required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a good level ofdata entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
